I had them come pick my mower it needed a Belt replaced.They checked out the mower to make sure there wasn't anything else that needed fixed. (Now they could have told me there was a lot of things that need to be done) But they didn't.Put on a new belt called me told me with in a 2-4 hour time line when it would be bringing back to me. There pick up & delivery was very reasonable, their labor costs were reasonable and I was very happy with the service. Happy with the delivery and pickup cost. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. My golf cart was not picked up for repairs as scheduled. I had to physically go to the Loudonville location after I had called once more and was given a new pickup date that didn't occur. I then spoke with someone who knew nothing about a repair order. Someone finally came for the golf cart but I didn't hear anyrhing for 2 weeks. After another trip to Loudonville, I was told "It's done." It wasn't done. They didn't communicate with me regarding the problem and ask how I wanted to proceed. That's no way to...
