Went there on recommendation of my foot doctor because of my hammer to. I did live in Loudonville years back & always liked dealing small town. I picked out a $139 pair of New Balance shoes. The gentleman was friendly and put a pocket in them for me. I was well satisfied with service and shoes However wasn't long shoes started falling apart at seams. I called up and was told manufacturer would make right.i did as was told however they didn't honor our conversation and all they did was use glue on seams and where soles were coming off. I could have bought 7 pair of Walmart shoes for the price of one pair of New Balance and Walmart would have let me exchange for new shoes

Only the best shoe story I have been in. They took the time to perfectly fit my New Balance shoes. I told my friend "they feel great but I have never worn this size before" The knowledgable sales person was right. They have been fantastic shoes and I keep going back and back for more. They take the time to get it right !!!! I used to shop at the mall where a teeny bopper is looking at her watch for her hot date and chewing gum like Bossy.... your comfort is NOT her priority... but Buzzard's are serious about getting you into the best fitting shoes you could have. They don't sell so much as expedite and educate you on buying shoes. Unless you are in a wheelchair shoes are doggoned important. Don't trust your comfort to teens in summer jobs. Go to the professionals...

Great store! Excellent customer service. My wife and I went in to buy my 18mo old son new shoes and they were very helpful with sizing him and getting a shoe that fit right. We were first time shoppers and very happy with their selection. So much so that all three of us walked out with new shoes. Will definitely be coming back especially when my son grows out...
