Carvel — Restaurant in Hanover Township

I was there today 8/24/24 with 8 people @8:12pm I asked about getting carvelanch! The rude girl working said " hmm I just cleaned it if you want it to taste like clorax " I'm not making any. I replied really? It's only 8:12 she said hmm. Yeah so I walked out where my 8 people were meeting me and said forget it!!! I told the girl I was calling store to tell her boss she replied " yeah ok you have a good night" I said the same and she replied " Oh I will" I will never go back, I'll be calling owner in the am and I will tell everyone I know to stop going there. I brought an ice cream here just today on 7/15/2025 it was a vanilla cookie ice cream I found a hair on my icecream I try to be nice by telling a worker that speak Spanish and she was rude to me and told me wait for the other girl and I told her there’s a hair on my ice cream and I have to wait for the other girl and told them but none of them were nice to me I told them I didn’t want the thing I brought from them and told me that they don’t give refunds I didn’t want a refund from the ice cream that had the hair I want a refund from the things I brought that was close and not eaten. A bit over priced. Very horrible customer service . I am new to this store and had a few questions. I was told to wait my turn(which she finished attending someone).she continued to ignore me .the second lady was a bit more helpful but was rude . But i got what i wanted ...
