A2Z Toys — Local services in Hanover

A2Z Toys is located in Hanover along Route 94, which traffic wise can be very busy. Parking is on the street or in the public parking lot up the street from the shop. Do not let the small looking storefront fool you into thinking this isn't worth a stop. A2Z Toys is stacked floor to ceiling with toys and collectables.

First, this is a toys and collectables shop for teenagers and adults, not young children. There is simply not enough room for young children who like to run around and touch everything. Second, if you have accessibility issues, this shop will not be an option due to how crowded it is. The stock is everywhere including the floor and you need the ability to maneuver. Flexibility is the key to success when shopping here.

Numerous rooms make up the shop with each stacked from floor to ceiling with toys and collectables from the 80's to present. They have one of the largest selections of Star Wars toy's I've ever seen. Pop Vinyl's were located all over the shop and were fairly priced. Action figures from just about everything including pro wrestling, comics, and movies are available. You could easily spend hours exploring the shop.

Now, while it is crowded, everything is organized and prices are marked on each item which I found impressive. The owner is great to talk with and more than willing to get items down for you from higher shelves. If you like toys and collectables and are anywhere near the Hanover area, this is an absolute must stop without question. Will gladly return here...

I'm currently traveling and have been trying to go to local comic and toy stores when I can. As soon as I entered, I was marveled by the amount of stock and diversity of product available. I came in to browse, not really looking to purchase anything in particular. The owner was pleasant and personable, making me feel welcome in his establishment.

Again, the amount of stock in store is simply amazing. That being said, toys and action figures fill almost all available space from the floor to the ceiling. There are some tight spots to maneuver through, but that's more a testament to how much there actually is inside of the store. The owner was more than willing to provide assistance in getting any product from its position as the display might not hold stable otherwise. Due to the collectible nature and density of the layout, it might not be the most appropriate place to bring children or those with accessibility requirements.

The pricing was fair and affordable for the secondary market. No outrageous eBay prices and everything was clearly marked. I ended up getting some figures I've had my eyes on and am happy with my experience and purchase at the shop

My friend and I collect Star Wars toys together it’s been a big part of our relationship. The week before we went to A2Z we had gone on a trip around to many different toy stores and were decently disappointed with the selection. However, we then took to Hanover and found a parking meter and entered into a child (and grown person who loves toys) heaven. Just wall to wall to wall of so much, even more impressively, the Star Wars items. We took hours just trying to make sure we we’re seeing no all of the amazing things in stock. Tom the owner and only worker there has a vibrant personality and made it his job to talk to us and help us with anything we needed. We were there for 4 hours and I still feel as if we hadn’t seen everything there to offer. It was overwhelming in one of the best ways imaginable. Another testament to Tom’s character is him supplying us with a quarter when we had none and realised we were gonna run out of time on our meter. Then as we made our final purchases he welcomed us to come back anytime and referred to us as regulars after just one day. The hour trip was...
