I would have thought somebody that has a professional business and has been in magazines would do right by her client(s). I was originally apart of a bridal party that ordered dresses from Symone. Unfortunately, that didn't go as planned, so she planned to ship me my dress. After she reassured me no final fitting was needed she mailed me my dress. Of course, when I receive the package the dress is too small, I expressed concern for that exact reason. We chat via FaceTime and come up with a plan for her to alter it. I ship the dress back within a week. Needless to say she is now claiming she never received it. I called her phone and texted for 2 weeks with no answer or call back. (That is strange when that is how we communicated in the past) Luckily, I find her email address and reach out to her that way. She finally responds saying she doesn't it have it although I sent the dress right back to the same address she sent me the dress from. I also attached the tracking details to the email thread. She is sticking to not having it nor receiving it and had she known she would have been on the lookout for it! Thats ridiculous when we confirmed via FaceTime I was sending it back. How would I know she didn’t receive it if the package says delivered on my end. (Also, I asked does she use the USPS app that would show any mail or packages coming in, I did not get a response on that). No follow up from her regarding not receiving the dress so I assumed she got it and was working on it, but when I didn't hear anything back after the holidays thats when I started reaching out. Now I have no dress and Im out $350 and she is saying theres nothing she can do! Its simple I have proof of delivery, reimburse me back or get me a new dress. She didn’t even try to make it right. Thats not someone that should be doing business. Just run far away from using her at all. Her communication sucks and Definitely don’t do anything that pertains...
