We used Hanover Clothing Company to outfit the men in our wedding party, and it was hands down one of the BEST decisions we made throughout the planning process. Dave, the owner, is an absolute gem—funny, honest, thorough, and incredibly experienced. From the first meeting, we could tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does.
Dave helped us find the perfect suits (and we’re talking top-notch suits!) for seven guys of all different sizes—and he did it in 40 minutes flat. It was seriously impressive. He made the whole experience fun and memorable, even hosting a try-on party so the guys could enjoy the process. He also let the groom do a private try-on session of his favorite picks in front of the bride and family—such a thoughtful and personal touch! He was honest and knowledgeable about current wedding and men’s trends that were new to us and it made our experience ever better.
The options were extensive, the fit was next level, and the suits came in a few days before the wedding. Any last-minute fitting issues were fixed within 24 hours, still leaving us with two days to spare—talk about peace of mind! Dave’s attention to detail and commitment to making everything perfect truly stood out.
Not only was the quality far superior to anything we saw at the big chain stores, but the price was significantly better too. Supporting a small, local business like Hanover Clothing Company felt great—especially one that offers such incredible customer service and care.

Read moreI was treated very poorly when I tried to make an appointment. After filling out my information online, I received a call from the store. I was offered an appointment but due to a scheduling conflict, I was not able to accept the time offered. While the person I was speaking to offered to come in a little early, I was unable to accept the appointment due to an appointment that I was unable to reschedule on short notice. Rather than offering me another time or offering a date in the future, I was told to "Just come in at 11 o'clock and I will be rude to my other customers". In no way did I give any indication that I thought my appointment was more important than someone else or show any level of disrespect towards their appointment. The appointment time they offered me simply did not work. I am not sure why the person I spoke to felt it was okay to make that statement. I am all about supporting local businesses but after that experience, I will take my business elsewhere where I am going to be treated with dignity...
Read moreI ordered 2 suits on Oct. 26, 2017, I was told they would be ready in two weeks! As of today December 10, 2017 I have not taken possession of my suits, nor have I been contacted by them. Only contact I have had with them is when I stop in. I have stopped in 2 times, first time I was told they would be ready in one week, second time I stopped in on a Wednesday and I was told they would be ready by Friday.
