rpmNH: records, posters and memorabilia — Local services in Hanover

It’s not very often I leave a review, but being that my friends and I had a great experience as visitors and were extremely happy with our record purchases, all the more reason to. We are visitors from NJ on a short NYE vacation, and just left iDVD and poster with classic albums, and an appreciation of a business owner that takes appreciates and takes care of their customers. Originally I was charged regular pricing for records I purchased and was waiting on my friend for his purchase, in which he stopped and told me that he forgot to apply a 25% discount for a sale he was having and took the money out of his own wallet to return. I wanted to leave it as a tip, but insisted he wouldn’t accept it and to donate it or buy the girls we were with a dessert. I run a business myself and not too many business owners I know would have done what he did, especially if the customer did not realize he was running a special. He also took the time to give us history of the Hanover location, and his experiences in our home state, as well as knowledge of record buying/handling 101. I was visiting Dartmouth recently for a reunion and I stumbled upon this store. It's awesome. They have an incredible collection of really cool stuff. In particular, they have a bunch of old Dartmouth posters, programs, and other memorabilia that you just can't find anywhere else. I've mentioned it to a bunch of my classmates and everyone seems to have a similarly positive experience. ...
