Law Office of Robert G. Dolton (The Fishing Lawyer) — Local services in Happy Valley

Run from theses CLOWNS!!! This Firm is a joke and I think they work for insurance companies. The trial assistant for some reason that was assigned to my case( why not Mr. Dolton who I initially went to retain) is mediocre at best. Did more harm than good with my case with his constant down playing of accident and Claim. All that I received was excuse after excuse for bad client service. Then when I caught assistant in a lie, they dropped my case 5 months before expiration citing I wouldn't be happy with results. They NEVER called to check up on me or give me advise, basically IGNORING me until it almost was too late for any compensation for injuries. If I could give -5 I would. I should have known better when he doesn't care about any rating from attorney finders. They also sent Me to a chiropractor in parkrose who should have been in the accident because He truly got All the money. And if You read any of his recent reviews they All talk about how it wasn't this way with them like they are "Staged" comments, talking about using His services More than once, hahaha are You...

In my opinion, this place has some sort of agreement with the insurance companies to keep cases out of court. Had 2 car accidents and getting updates on my cases were like pulling teeth. They would ignore my emails and whenever I would call and ask to speak to my attorney, I was told he was busy and to just be patient. Ended up waiting and waiting just to be told sorry, they didn't believe I had a good case and that either I needed to settle for far less or they would drop my case. They did the exact same thing with my second accident, just got a call saying I didn't have a case again even though as a result of the accidents I have been declared disabled. Waiting for a call back from Dalton, but starting to think they took advantage of me and my brain injury. Have plenty of proof if anyone would care to see. Highly suggest going else where, will definitely save...

You wrote a review for Dolton Robert G Atty A moment ago 1.0 star rating 11/8/2018 I hired this law office after a car accident. I had used them years ago and was happy. This time was not the case. It took 3 months from the time I was released from physician care to even speak with the attorney, and that only happened because I was a pest. It took almost 5 months to get a settlement after treatment completion that I feel could have been better. I just simply wanted it over with. The support staff seemed disorganized and incompetent. Even when it came to getting the check, they never called me. They certainly did not earn their 1/3 of the settlement. I had to call after 3 weeks and ask about it. I'll go elsewhere if I ever need...
