If you want your dietary restrictions to be respected do not order from this location. I really do my best to have kindness when I make these reviews. I've worked the food industry, I currently work customer service so most of the time I understand. Although it's in this instance that I really don't. I had scheduled an order earlier in the day to be made and/or delivered (the website didn't specify which) at 6:30 being there was a chance I wasn't going to be home until then to receive it. Luckily both my roommate and I were home at 5:45 when it and the cheese sticks were delivered... cold. Not my favorite but something a microwave or oven can easily fix. What was a bigger problem was the toppings and base used on the pizza. I had opted out something's for others due to dietary restrictions and what I had specified in the order form was clearly not what was on my pizza. So, I called and to see what happened. When I spoke to the manager and asked for clarification as to why my pizza was delivered early and why what I had put on the form (after I had looked it over again to make sure I wasn't the one who had made the mistake) wasn't what I received I was told they can't see any of that, it wasn't their fault, that I was lying and it wasn't there problem. He offered in store credit but that's not what I want. I want my concerns to be heard and validated. Instead he brushed them under the rug so I said my goodbyes and hung up. Read moreMy family and I have been Bellagios fans for many years. However, we noticed over the past year that their service has really gone downhill. Pizzas are NEVER ready when specified. Just this past Wednesday I ordered a 1 SMALL pizza. I even ordered it without cheese (allergies), just toppings. I received an email confirmation saying the pizza would be ready at 7:22p. My husband went on his lunch break to grab it for me, even showed up 10 minutes late just to give them some extra time (because in the past they have never been ready on time). He waited there for 10 more minutes, and they hadn't even started making the pizza at that point. Mind you, this was almost an hour after the initial order was placed. All this for 1 small pizza.
Long story short, they've lost longtime customers, and we will be sure to tell all our friends and family to find a different pizza place. I wouldn't think this was such a big deal, but it wasn't the first time something like this had happened. Not to this extent, but this was the last straw for us. Arrived just after 7:30pm for my online order that was estimated to be ready at 7:33pm was told "oh we are about to put it in the oven" sat in the lobby playing chess on my phone. A few minutes later the staff started freaking out about an injured flying insect on the kitchen floor 🤮 one of the delivery drivers picked it up with her fingers. Dropped it outside. Walked back in. Realized it was still on her hand and took it outside again. Then the same employee walked into the kitchen. Atleast she washed her hands. The employee that appeared to be the manager observed this gross atrocity of a scene did not seem to care or intervene. Ended up getting my order at around 7:45 after it sat on top of the pizza oven for around 10 minutes. Which to be fair may be my fault for not prompting them? Arrived home a short time later.
