Sunnyside Marketplace — Local services in Happy Valley

I go to the Safeway ALL the time. It is the coldest store! You will feel like your walking through the freezer section the whole time. The staff is always nice though and it's the closest to my house. You MUST check dates on things because I regularly find outdated items on the shelf or in the fridge/freezer. Thier bacon section scares me, so I have stopped buying it there. Literally every time I'm at the store there is bacon on the shelf that has spoiled due to the seal on the package being broken. One day I took 6 bags of rotted moldy pepperoni to the checkout to give to the cashier. Even with the remodel there are regularly bacon or hot dogs with broken seals festering away on the shelf. Also, The management does not seem very driven to make the environment great for thier staff either. I think I have only ever seen one of the managers smile or show any type of...

Lots of great restaurants and shops. Baskin robins had 44 flavors and we got four giant scoops. I was only going to share a triple scoop with my favorite human ever "my beautiful daughter" but after she picked the flavors I seen a new ice cream I had never heard of. SMORE OREO !!! Do Not Hesitate!!! I highly recommend this as the best ice cream I've had at Baskin. Don't miss out. Do the right thing and get a sample. You will be hooked instantly. Everything from: Ceramics Cafe, McCool's Pub, Wan Lun Restaurant, liquor store, Baskin Robbins, Safeway, taekwondo, Rite Aid, Starbucks, Subway, Shari's, Wells Fargo, BofA, dry cleaners, pet clinic, tanning, mani/pedi nails salon, computer/phone/electronics repair, and a few others I can't remember.
