Came in around 2-3pm today, May 27th. The only people behind the counter were these two girls. As I was walking in the two girls behind the counter stared at me without offering a simple “hello” or “welcome”. Both continue to ignore me as I’m standing there waiting at the counter. One of the girls then heads to the back (behind the door) and the other stayed hanging around acting busy. Keep in mind, there was no one in line.
I kept waiting to get helped or even acknowledged. Since it was taking a while, I went to the restroom. Once I came out, the girl who was still there at the counter finally speaks up and goes, “you’ll be helped soon”. I then go back to waiting in line, she goes and starts busying herself starting a whole new pizza as I continue standing there. If it was an online order, it’s odd how she didn’t start on it UNTIL I went out of the restroom. If the online order was JUST placed, I still don’t see how she immediately was able to get started on it but couldn’t help someone who’s been waiting for a total of 10-15 minutes in-person. A guy comes out from the back door and seeing that it appeared I’ve standing there for a while, asks the girl if I’ve been helped yet. She then goes and replies with a explanation trying to make it sound as if she hasn’t been purposely ignoring me. I give them a few more minutes, and seeing that at this point it’s nearly been 20 minutes of waiting I leave.
Luckily, prior to stopping here we’ve already ordered at a different pizza spot in the area but because we were waiting until it was time to pick the pizzas up, we decided to make a stop here to get another pie but Clackamas’ Mod Pizza unfortunately couldn’t do their jobs. We went and picked up our pizzas from elsewhere and in the same time it took to wait in line at this Mod Pizza location, our pizzas was done in less. I’d recommend you try the other pizza chains and gems in the area if you visit! Definitely worth the price, and time (you won’t be treated as if you’re invisible, and instead be treated as a valuable...

I genuinely don’t write reviews (ever.) However, my experience was so bad it made me sit down and write what might be a whole essay on how terrible this mod is.
Me and my family are food industry workers so we understand what customer service is like. Because of this, we usually make it a point to be patient and nice to workers with the expectation of receiving basic human decency back. What we got was the opposite of that.
Instead, I had a white girl with a septum piercing wearing her black hair in pig tails mean mugging me and my family, purposely skimping on salad portions (her shift lead looked at the salad baffled when we told her it was a mega because the bowl was barely half full), and refusing to tie her hair up when I found a hair in my food. We know it’s not because she was just tired because she was smiling like a giddy school girl serving the white boy after us (which honestly, feels a bit discriminatory in intent as we’re POC.) Shift lead was great in correcting her behavior by telling her to give us more salad and tie her hair up but that employee ruined the whole experience. Not to mention her glaring at us while we left too.
Again, shift lead was wonderful, but when the person working under you refuses to cooperate and actually be competent you can’t do much. I know this location is understaffed, but they must be super desperate because they’re just hiring any bumbling dolt off the street at this point.
If you want actual good pizza and decent (bare-minimum, basic human decency) customer service, stay...
Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would. I recently made an online order to pick up from this store since it is very close to where I live. It was a simple mod pizza and a milkshake. When I went to pick up the pizza, the staff informed me they don't put toppings in the milkshakes anymore. So with that in mind I skipped the milkshake and wanted the money back on my card. Simple right? Apparently this was a strenuous task for the general manager. Instead of putting the money back on my card, she ultimately voided the milkshake to make it disappear (without giving me my money back) and charged me for a second pizza. Since no money appeared back into my account I went back a week later to get this solved. The second the GM came out to talk to me I could instantly tell she was in no mood to help solve this problem or to apologize. Instead of giving my money back she argued with me, saying that money had been refunded and there was no problem. After arguing with her, she gave me cash for the extra pizza but not the milkshake. I pointed that out and instead of realizing the mistake she snapped at me saying I received a cash refund when I first came in to get my order. After arguing AGAIN with her she finally gave me cash for the milkshake and NEVER APOLOGIZED. I do not recommend this location at all. The fact that the GM herself (short dark brown pixie haircut with glasses) doesn't have the respect for her customers to even apologize is appalling. I hope the best for this location but they will not succeed or get far with the sad excuse for a...
