My internet has been out daily for the entire time I have had their service- I work overnights- so by the time it comes back up I have to go to bed and can’t even use it-if I had ANY other option for internet at my home address then I would use it - I have even been contacting the fcc to try to get coverage here from ANY other provider- the staff is short and rude and there is zero accountability there -so if you don’t record every interaction they will treat you like garbage and tell YOU what you said or did with no effort by the company to hold the staff to any real standard you need to record your own calls and any interaction you have with them-so when they are obnoxious and the ppl in charge tell you you were rude first then you can let them know you have the interaction recorded don’t is clear where the problem lies - I’m sure even then little to nothing would happen- but at the very least you have proof for public opinion to prove how they treat their customers and possibly save someone who can get something else the...

Staff is usually pretty helpful but only after you spend 2 days trying to get in contact with them because your phone is consistently out and you can't message them on Facebook because the internet just crashes at random. As a company they 100% definitely throttle the internet on users specifically upload speeds. Overall, if you would like to have 3 channels (WYMT, Weather Radar, and Westerns) on a daily basis then sure. For any other needs to be met such as a way to contact people in the case of an emergency or internet that is reliable enough to have a job in order to pay your bills then stay as far away from this company as possible. I swear I never could get new service last school year so that my kids would have internet so that they could do their work online since COVID-19 made a VERY BIG MESS OF EVERYTHING. My 2 kids was in Kindergarten and this was their first year going to school and I ended up taking them out of school because they couldn't do their work online cause we couldn't get internet turned on and eventually their teacher stopped posting their homework assignments. I ended up pulling them out of in person instruction also because I didn't want my kids or any of us to catch the disease. So my poor kids got cheated on their first year of school and didn't get to enjoy everything that they should have. NOT YOUR ALL'S FAULT THO!! I'M NOT TRYING...
