What is going on with the people doing inventory, ordering, management. It seems that every week, items are moved from one isle to another. Why? Items are not being ordered. Today 75% of the items we buy weekly, we're not available. HEB is doing away with some name brand items, replacing them with HEB brands, or brands of lesser quality. Their fresh fruit and vegetables are not fresh, poor quality. Their refrigerator and freezers are not in working order. Last week our bill was approximately 130.00, today it was over 200.00 . For 2 elderly people on a fixed income. WE already spend a high price on ,prescriptions, as HEB pharmacy does not except discount cards. Why should they, the more. Money HEB makes from their customers the better for them. The H... with what's best for their customers. WHOEVER IS making these horrible decisions needs to be replaced, unless everyone on the HEB board of directors agree with these decisions. HOW SAD!! The food selection is very limited and poor. We but some crab cakes from the freezer section. They were super. Salty and while cooking turned into mush. I couldnt eat them. Waste of money. We've told the produce dept. That the crab cakes they used to have were good, compare to what we recently bought! Their meat selection is limited, I asked if they had a certain product, I was told " no, and I'm not ordering any, because I don't like that product. I informed him that wasn't right. He just laughed. During the Christmas season my husband wanted to get a container of eggnog the day after Christmas. There weren't any in the milk section . He asked an employee if he had any in back. He was told "no,I got rid off all th ed eggnog this morning, christmas has passed " .what kind of response is that. Would it kill HEB to sell eggnog a couple of days after Christmas. Or order a certain amount of a particular meat product to please the customer. Or is this the new rules HEB are making.? And rude staff, is this the new TRAINING? WHAT'S GOING ON HEB.? I GUESS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IMPORTANT ANYMORE, ESPECIALLY SINCE THERE IS NO...

Read moreI had a horrible experience with a cashier named Candide during my recent visit to H-E-B. He was rude, dismissive, and acted in a very unprofessional manner. Instead of providing basic customer service, his attitude made the entire checkout process uncomfortable and frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from H-E-B. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are being treated at this location.
I had a truly disappointing experience at H-E-B due to the unprofessional conduct of a manager named Lupita. The way she treats and speaks to her employees in front of customers is completely unacceptable. It was uncomfortable and honestly disgusting to witness. As a customer, I expect not only to be treated respectfully myself but also to see staff treated with basic decency. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership role behave this way. H-E-B usually sets a higher standard, but this visit made me question that. I hope upper management looks into how this location is being run and takes the appropriate steps to ensure a more professional and respectful work environment—for both employees...
