Probably the best bike shop I've ever visited or found. Apart from the selection and variety of beautiful bikes and accessories for sale including gadgets, gear, bike racks and clothing, the space is wonderful. The shop offers full bike service, maintenance and repair. Most importantly, the customer care is exceptional and the high technical knowledge of the staff is apparent. The staffer who helped me find the perfect gift for a cyclist friend put together a custom gift box for me. He was welcoming, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back. 10/10 stars! Was from out of town, my power meter broke on my TriBike the day before Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley. These guys stepped up to the plate at a time when I was over the top stressed and out of options. Not only did they fix the issue with the power meter, they treated me like a long-time loyal customer (my first visit). The staff (Rich) even called his buddy to get me his Garmin power pedals as one of our options, and his friend showed up ready to lend me the pedals for my race. This is testament to their character. Editing my review in October 2024 to rave even more about this amazing shop. I had an issue with my shifting and gears that I couldn’t quite fix and I needed to get it serviced with a tight turnaround time. These guys got me in same day, and then Owen fixed it while I was still at the shop, and had me out the door within 30 minutes, with an unbelievably low service/repair cost. I can’t recommend this shop enough. 10/10! Thank you.
