CVS — Local services in Harrisburg

A pharmacist, Named Terry, has to be the BEST pharmacist I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with at CVS. I'm 63 yrs old & I've used CVS for almost 20 years, both in Florida & my current state of Illinois. I have multiple health issues, some terminal & several allergies to meds. Terry has ALWAYS been on top of my meds, informed me when a new med contradicts a known allergy & probably saved my life (more than once). He's also taken on the "mundane task" of speaking with my insurance making sure a needed medication is approved. I've had countless pharmacists while using CVS & I've never trusted nor felt comfortable with anyone as much as Terry. He honestly gives CVS a good name & he's extremely valuable to your company. I could easily sing his praises, he has so many, but I'm sure you get the picture by now. With all the strict rules CVS & Insurance has to follow now, since many government changes, many of us with Chronic Pain are actually afraid of going to the pharmacy, never knowing if they're able to dispense our meds, not only is Terry extremely knowledgeable, he's also incredibly friendly & treats each of us as though we're his only patient 😀. He is a gem & I hope he stays with Harrisburg CVS, as long as I live! Thank you...

CVS really needs to actually step up their game. My husband was in a mining accident, was prescribed a narcotic that was due to be picked up yesterday, but guess what they didn’t have enough on hand to fill his script, even though when he was at the dr office and the script was sent on Tuesday of this week. I spoke directly with the pharmacist after the tech rolled his eyes at me and asked how can this happen? Her answer no one ordered any, and it would be Monday before they could. That is UNACCEPTABLE CVS to leave someone who is in pain to detox over another of your Mistakes. I have been a CVS customer for over 30 years. Going forward, I’ll be across the street at Walgreens...

I must say I like shopping at cvs. The store is laid out great very spacious shopping aisles. Not only do they have medicine that you can call in or order online and pick up you can also at your convenience have pictures printed photo books etc. And they have unique gifts items as well. And I didn't mention they also have a wide variety of women's products makeup, nail polishes etc. Also household items that are very unique I've always had a great experience in the store it's clean the staff is friendly as...
