Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Harrison Township

Always have had a great experience with them at the harrison ohio metro store been with them for over 3 years now....but honestly here latley I am very very weary of the store my card and bank account information keeps being stolen and used to buy online gaming stuff and i only have used my account information on my phone for paying my phone bill...thats it ive been so cautious about it...my bank account and credit card company are currently looking into the fraudulent activity and investigating the events just wanted to let you know to be safe using metro pcs harrison not sure...

The techs at the store are always very nice . I have had metro by T-Mobile for years now. Yes, you can get amazing deals on new phones and plans. But, while driving my music buffer's a lot sometimes. The last couple times my "high speed" Internet was slow. An when I go to my mom's house I have no Internet the whole time. I did with other carriers. There's no reason for that not to work. I am busy with work seven days a week. I don't have time to fight with connecting to my mobile data. So sorry to say I must move on to...

They worked an hour and a half to get 2 phones switched over. They spent most of it on the phone with Metro because there was problems switching them. In the end they were able to get my bill dropped from $120 to $100 for 4 phones on top of getting my new phones switched. Everything was completed 38 minutes after they were supposed to close. I never felt rushed. Thank you This store went...
