ohhhh myyyy gossssssshhhhh.... The food was absolutely perfect ... and the employess were great!

I am off my schedule due to recent health issues :( I'm up later than normal. Well ... last night at 11:30 PM I was starved! Everyone was closed except WhiteCastle - Taco Bell ... I just could not do them :(

So .. for the first time in years, I tried Waffle House. I had a big order cos hubby was going to eat with me. the employees were great from the moment I called in to the second I walked out the door. They didn't seem like they were pissed because I ordered crisp hash browns - they didn't snap at me when I placed a big order and asked questions about the items on the menu ... the only thing better then the staff? the food - this was THE BEST BISCUITS & GRAVY I have had in a long time outside of my own - the biscuits soft and fresh - the gravy seasoned just right - the angus burger had the best cheese it on it! it was melted just perfectly...

I'm thinking - to go back tonight! LOL WTG Waffle House Staff that was there on April 18/19 2018 - Wednesday into Thursday. Wish I had got the names to call corporate and compliment them :(

I wanted to add - the price was GREAT (I think) we got... 2 bis & gravy cheeseburger ham&ch omlett / home fries / toast 2 chick & biscuit sandwichs another loaded home fry .... chili All of this was 31 and change! I think this is pretty good - hubby thought expensive :(

Also they have this GREAT jukebox! I'm old - almost 60 ... so I love some "oldies" Rick James - Prince - u2 - they had PLENTY of songs by my favorites! just so cool - I hope your experience is 1/2 as...

We decided to eat in waffle house with the group of friends, we understand we are loud since we are atleast 12 people in the group, then we decided to play a music so we can sing while the song plays, however a server named Tiffany stop us and yell at us that we can't sing because they can't hear the order and we understand, one of our friend did not heard what the server said so we told him that " she said we can't sing" we are not even mad at all, but then she proceeded to lecture us that she is not a she but a he infront of my young daughter, me personally as mother got offended that someone corrected us that a name Tiffany is he now a days. So we left without eating since we got offended by this server attitude and how poor this server in costumer service, i can't believe that instead of having a good meal with my family and friends we got a lecture on how we call the person. One of our friend before he leave decided to get the server name for the review, the server and the other staff follow him pitside and tried to stop him in leaving the area they even get his car license plate because he just ask the name of the server. I hope the management do something regarding...

This was the worse experience we ever had at waffle house! First we had to wait to be seated (this is not the complaints) they told us we could sit at the counter, we said no we will wait on a booth. We sat there for 10 minutes watching as a booth needed to be cleaned. The cook said you can sit at the counter, we said no we are waiting on a booth to be cleaned. Five more minutes passed and a group of people came in low and behold our would be server told them there is an empty booth here. The customer said to us are you waiting. We said yes we are waiting for that booth to be cleaned. What the heck!! Finally we get seated, the cook was great. The food was served quickly and was good. We never got the sausage we ordered. She never came back to get us refills. I finally got her to us cause she was bringing to go orders to the people sitting in chairs. I told her take the sausage off the bill (no apologies made) and to give us to go refills. This was the absolute worse service we ever had at any waffle house we've been to! Sorry for the long post but people need to know every detail. This was terrible customer service! We won't be back to this location! I'm also calling...
