Awrsome store and knowledgeable staff. I arrived and was promptly greeted by the staff. I stated my problem (I need new shoes) and she sat me down, looked at my feet and asked me to take off my shoes. The pair of Nike's that I had on were busting out the sides. I have wide feet and the pair that I purchased from a different store were not sized properly. She measured my feet and grabbed four boxes of varying brands. I tried on all four pair of shoes and narrowed it down to two pair. She helped me determine the right pair by wearing one of each and walking. I was really happy with the Brooks. I had a terrible experience with this company. The items were of very poor quality, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. While their pricing might seem competitive, the lack of quality and service makes it far from worth it.

Instead of addressing my concern, they ignored me and complained to the club about my inquiry, simply because I’m an end-user and not their direct client. Since I've put just over 120 miles a month on that pair of sneakers at the track I figured it's time for a real pair of running shoes. The minute I walked into the store I was helped.
