Too expensive and the cashier asked for a tip. I got the "honey" dipped fried chicken basket, lemonade (which they charged me as a large, but it was the same size as any other glass cup), then I got the potatoe skins (which was the only good part), then I asked for raspberry iced tea (which they charged me for again). All that was 26.30. Plus the 2 dollar tip I gave because the guy wanted to ask, then he repeated out loud "$2?" like I had to give more and they also had a tip jar in the front counter. Nothing was close to homemade. The chicken was dry and small, no flavor, it came with this miniature tiny cup of coleslaw which was clearly bought, and soup, it was ok, not much flavor though. I asked for "Cajun" fries instead of the regular fries. The fries were drowned in powdery old bay. They also give "syrup" with the chicken. This syrup was the worst syrup I've ever had, tasted like I ate old man cologne that had an offspring with a tree. Potatoes were 7.50! You can buy two potatoe bags with that. The fake large lemonade was close to $3 and the iced tea was $2. Chicken basket was $12.50. Tip $2. Total was $28.30. Only gave the 2 stars because the potatoes tasted good and waiter was very nice.

Well…what can I say? Ordered our food and my first plate had a hair in it and not so much as an apology from the waitress. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese from the kids menu but they forgot to grill the cheese. My second plate came out and it was an oily mess. I ordered a panini and it came on regular bread. When paying I got the standard question “how was everything” and I said what happened. There was silence and I was then told the total like nothing. Also prices seem high. $7.79 for a kids grilled cheese and $3 for fries on every dish. Lastly, we felt rushed from our waitress and towards the end of the meal we were told she was leaving for the day. Went to take my daughter to the bathroom in the mens room and one toilet didn’t have a seat cover and the other stall was locked from the outside and my wife had to take her. What if I had to use the bathroom?!

Pancakes- brittle and dry with a bitter aftertaste. I could not even pick up a very small piece of the pancake without it disintegrating. This is the result of using a poor quality pancake mix or over mixing the batter. I am in the food service industry and I know when a product is substandard. Pancakes are a big money maker. There is no reason to use low quality ingredients. And if the cook does not know not to over mix the batter then they need to relearn the basics! The pancakes had a bitter aftertaste. This often happens from mixing new pancake batter to leftover batter, day after day. DONT ORDER THE PANCAKES!

Constantine B. -Owner: I have read a lot of the complaints and I have read your apologies. Proper Training and Effective Supervision are the two major roots of the problem tree. Your customers have identified your shortcomings now you need to spend some time, effort and money on separate front and back of house trainings. Once you have established the standards you set then your management staff must follow up and supervise that your standards you set are being followed. You have too many menu choices to do them all well. Don’t offer your whole breakfast menu with your lunch/dinner menu. I’d suggest you keep your breakfast menu and only offer it until 11:00 AM. Your lunch/dinner menu needs to be redone. Remove all items on your menu that are slow movers. Limit your menu to your best selling items and maybe add several of your best selling breakfast items to your lunch/dinner menu. Then you can offer a couple daily specials to extend your limited new menu. If you do all of this you can focus more on the items you do have and make them the best. You will also reduce your food cost not needing so many different products in house. I believe your sales will go up as you focus on detail. After covid more customers now are ordering food to go. To secure and increase that line of business you need to have one person responsible only for takeout orders. As your food gets better and your takeout orders are always accurate your to go sales will cover the cost of a takeout only person. I hope you will find these...

This is my 2nd time coming. I wasn't going to be returning after the poor service and food I received the 1st time I went about 3 months ago with my sister (who suggested this place) but my son and I were out and were hungry and this place was close so I took don't judge it from 1 visit. Well I WISH I had!!! We actually has his friend meeting up with us and the waitress was just completely out of it! We told her that we had a third party joining us but that we were going to be ordering for him. Still , it took her about fifteen minutes to get back to the table when I informed her that we'd like to place our order sooner than later because well, i know this is shocking, but we came to a diner because we were hungry. His friend arrived shortly after we place the order 20 minutes later we are finally getting out food when she only brought out the 1 plate of ore pancakes my son had order but we told her 2 and we got 2 side meat orders. So we had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for my sons friends food. She had also finally asked if we'd like refills on our coffee. We said yes cause it had now been about an hour since we got our 1st cup. She walked away and when she came back with my son's food, she asked if we would like refills on her coffee to which I said.Yes, we would. She walked away fifteen minutes later came back and said would you like refills and I said yes PLEASE. she came and poured hot coffee into old cold coffee!!!!! Didn't bother to bring new cups or creamer. This woman had to have been in her sixties and her name was Karen.... there are so many diners ALL OVER NJ if this place doesn't do better they will eventually go...

I went to the Harrison House in Mullica Hill on 04/13/2013. I asked the waitress about a few dishes and if they were good. She said she didn't know and they don't try the dishes there. I should have left then and there. Any and all good restaurants have the wait staff sample all dishes. I ordered the Chicken Marsala, it included salad and green beans. The salad had bits and pieces of rotten, green, slimy lettuce in it. I did not eat the salad. The Chicken Marsala came out in a bowl and resembled soup more than Marsala. The chicken was dry and rubbery and cut into strips, the Marsala tasted like a cheap gravy and I can guarantee there was not a drop of wine in the sauce. The green beans were mushy and flavorless. I barely touched the plate and let the waitress know it was terrible. She told me I had to go up front and talk to the guy at the cash register. She did not offer us a new dish or if we wanted anything else. This was shocking because we left the ENTIRE plate. The guy at the register asked why we didn't like it, snatched the Credit Card out of my mother's hand (who is a senior) and just swiped it!!!! I could not believe it!! I almost felt as if we were literally robbed. He just took it , swiped it and didn't say a word!!! We paid that place $40 to THROW AWAY plates of food. Never gain and BUYER,...
