T-Mobile Authorized Retailer — Local services in Harrison Township

First Off , this is not a offical t.moblie store it's A & J Wireless a retailer third partie to t.moblie. 2nd this store and its employees are horrible and not trained properly, this store is short staffed and there employees constantly complain to customers that they are broke and sick and state they have no money and the employees constantly complain about how miserable they are and how they never ever got paid . These employees complain to customers about how the store manager sucks and how employes are always being fired at this store. 3rd. The 2 employees at this store overcharged me $26.75 on my account and deleted me as the primary account holder and caused me not to be able to receive calls on my cell phone. They did nothing to resolve the matter and they lie about everything and will steal your money and not refund it. So I'm making a attorney general complaint against this store followed with a police report and will be filing criminal charges. Plus these people at this store never answer their phone..These people are thieves they will steal your money and if you make any complaints on them they will ban you...

Came in to get a new phone for my fiance after the screen stopped working on it randomly. We ended up with the "Black Screen of Death" Galaxy issue that occurs. Set up a replacement through T-Mobile over the phone which took her 2 hours, but that's far from this store's fault of course. All that to say, the staff here are AWESOME :D Very patient and very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I even saw a gentlemen come in that said he wasn't even on T-Mobile, and they tried to help him with his phone being in another language for no reason lol We also ended up upgrading our phones the next day, and minus technology being technology from time to time slowing the process down, the entire process was smooth as butter. Really good trade in deals as of my review btw. Trade in an S21 on even a mid tier plan, and you can get $800 off your new phone :p Will be back any time I need something...
