Listen lady's I've been threw my share of nail technicians threw the years with zero luck I've even visited US Nails before.. buttttt the aggravation has ended because.... today.. I found her!... her name is KC.. she is a younger woman (an if she's not young then I hope I age as well as her 🙃) She was very polite the entire time to everyone and she was stopped by 2 customers asking questions. She had her headphones in which didn't bother me one bit on a counta I have anxiety and don't want to talk anyway 😬.. I was in an out in a timely manner .. Very happy with her work! I honestly sat in my car after i was finished, and girl, let me tell you.. I just sat for a second and looked at my hands. KC did an amazing job. The shaping is absolutely perfect. I will definitely definitely definitely be going back to her!

The only reason this is a 4 🌟 and not 5 is because I have been here before, and a couple times back isn't going to convince me all has changed. But Like I said we're on the right track back with how happy I am with KCs work!

Hey ladies I'm back for the review and I just can't wait till 6months to leave the follow up. ... so i have been going back consistently for the last 6 months and I can reassure you that not only were my previous comments still holding strong but today I went to get my nails done (yes with KC.).. now I am 35, as I was getting my polish on a group of women in the late 40s-50s they were so disgustingly obnoxious talking to the staff like they were stupid it was ridiculous Not only did the entire staff and customer base see and feel what was going on, but the entire staff remained calm, polite, and respectful towards these women. I am beyond disgusted with people. But US NAILS I will forever support...

My friend, my daughter, and I had a girls night out and went here and got all our nails done. We got there around 6ish and waited not even 10 mins for us all to be seen. We all got full sets put on and between the 3 of us and having about 5 other customers there we were done in about 2-2 1/2 hours(not to bad) it was under $200 for all that we wanted(again not to bad) the only 2 complaints we had are, the one lady that was doing my daughters nails left in the middle of painting and left her sitting there(about 15 mins before Johnny B finished her nails) she left to go wax someone's eyebrows. U shouldn't leave until ur finished doing one job to go do another(and didn't even say "oh I'll be right back" or anything. Just got up and left). The other complaint is the other lady doing my friends nails was doing a some what of a difficult design because you have to put the dip powder on and scrape of some of the tip and redo with a different color..(u would have to actually see what I mean, it's hard to describe) anyhow she wasnt complaining about doing it or anything just that another tech came over and checked out the work she was doing(about 3 nails in) and told the tech doing the nails..oh its gonna take about 2 hours just to finish doing it so immediately the tech doing the nails start to completely rush even after being told that we were in no hurry we were just out for a girls night to relax. So in the end you can sorta see that it was a rushed job and the tech also left paint and stuff all over my friends hands. All in all it's a great shop and We highly recommend Johnny B(I will never go to anyone else!) Some of these are pics of our nails the night of and some are of mine 2 weeks...

Not a very good pedicure. The lady that worked on me left my nails crooked. I asked for them to be evened out and she said she would shape them after they were painted. I asked if that was normal she said yes.... ok. So she painted, said I chose a very light color and asked if i liked the shade. I said yes it was pretty. The she painted the rest and got gel polish everywhere. Then filed the tips and still didn't straighten the nail. The gel polish was so far onto my skin that after showering when I got home, the polish peeled off my skin and lift the the polish halfway off the nail, with a couple other nails lifting in spots too. I went back today hoping that they could fix it and hopefully have a different person do it. But it was the same lady. She said we'll of course it lifted because the gel polish color I chose is "too light and too old". I then asked if it was too old to use why did she use it and should I just get a total different color if that's the reason what's stopping it from happening again. This time. She said no it's fine and proceeded to paint. The first time she painted three coats to get the opacity of the shade. For the touch up she did one coat. So now I have different looking nails and still polish on my skin. Can't say I'd be inclined to recommend this place or come here again in the future. But two stars because my sisters...
