Had dinner with my kids and their mother on Halloween. I have to say, it was probably the best service that I have received in a decade. Carol is her name, service is her game. She was just awesome. Was it busy? No it wasn't. Often times during less busy times is where service is the most lackluster. Not in this case. Often times in my head I find myself justifying 20% these days. "Everyone is short staffed, food cost is rising, maybe they were having a bad day." I just hope that she realizes how much she made our day. By interacting with my kids, to laughing when I offered her a piece of our pizza (it was a genuine offer). She could have hid in the back, played on her phone, or stepped outside for some fresh air in between slow periods. But instead she focused on her customers who she appears to treat like family. Carol has been a waitress at this Pizza Hut for 40 years and her loosing her position because of a corporate move is heartbreaking. Carol has been the face of Pizza Hut and I can guarantee will not be the same without her smiling face. She has been a dedicated, kind person and the main reason that this Pizza Hut location gets so much business. I have been going to this Pizza Hut my entire life. She remembers all of her customers and treats them all like family, like any good employee should be. Pizza Hut should be ashamed on how they are removing their KEY asset to this location and treating this committed employee. Read moreI'm a new doordash driver recently started I give two stars because they did help me out with a pizza bag props to manager but also downside to the doordash run I told what would believe to be the manager and other guy that was standing there three times the order name and they still gave me to what would be the wrong order and did not listen to the name was given I even asked said manager that this order was for the right specific customer he says yes.. I said the name clearly 3 times and I don't know how to get it crossed any clearer.. otherwise I appreciate the friendliness but I will not be doordashing for them anymore I don't appreciate the lack of communication when you couldn't be any clearer.. hopefully...
