12/13/20, 9:03 PM You sent I had went to the drive up window to order two Nacho boxes and they told me they no longer have this item So I ask what they had to replace it and the said a Nacho party pack that was $10.69. I ask if I could get it without guacamole and to maybe add cheese. My order came to the window and I went home to watch the Steelers football game coming on at 3:40 pm. When my wife opened the box we were very disappointed. Not alot of toppings and there was NOT a WHOLE chips in the box. It was little broken pc. of chips. Very unhappy with this. Not like we have ordered in the past. I had other chips here at home along with Mexican taco cheese and made a can of chili to put on top of my own chips and sour cream. Bare minimum given. I almost thought they were closed for how long I waited to have my order taken at the drive-thru with like...3 cars total in the parking lot. The person taking my order was just so short and giving the ABSOLUTE bare minimum. It had been a while since I'd been to taco bell so I wanted to treat myself to it today; MISTAKE! I will never come to this location again! For how much people get paid to do their jobs in food service nowadays, I shouldn't have gotten the horrible service I got. I had my food practically thrown at me and a minimal attempt at niceties or just....kindness. It just felt like everybody was beyond annoyed that I was there. I get that food service sucks, but I mean....your customers shouldn't clearly feel your hatred for them or desire to be anywhere else. This was sad and sad only. Severely disappointed. The food redeemed you guys and is the only reason I didn't just do 1 star. Work on your attitudes, please...

Sign says open til 1. Could see people inside working that most definitely saw me as well. Couldn't have the common courtesy to say they were closing early, which I could've understood. Instead they sat at the window and stared at me. If they don't wanna stay open they should change the posted hours, or at least have the decency not to make somebody sit out in the cold in 9 degree weather. I guess people who work late are just out of luck if they don't feel like taking your order or communicating that they're closing early.
