I recently had the pleasure of working with Carmen from Flowers in Bloom to arrange a surprise birthday gift for my boss, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with the entire experience.

Despite providing her with minimal information about my boss's preferences, Carmen's keen sense of design and attention to detail truly shone through. Been going here for years , never been disappointed until yesterday. I went around 5:30pm and walked in - received no attention. The lady saw me and ignored me for about 5 minutes to the point I was going to leave. Besides that I wanted to create my own bouquet I told her the budget I was on and she was like “ WELL ALL MY PRICES WENT UP” okay? That’s fine? . Then she gave me broken flowers, black flowers and I told her I didn’t want those she said “it’s fine it’s fine” when it was not. She then wraps my flowers in clear paper? Did not ask what was the occasion? Then I told her I didn’t want this clear paper it’s for a birthday she said “oh” . This was a birthday gift and at the end of it I spent $28 dollars on a bouquet which is FINE actually happy to spend that if the bouquet was made with love. Instead I have to say, ShopRite flowers were much better arranged and no one gave me attitude or made me feel like a bad customer. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I paid around 400 dollars for these rose vases that were for my daughters first birthday party. When they got delivered there was water spilled out of the vases into this big box (see picture attached). The delivery driver refused to even help me carry all of the flowers and just left me in the lobby with water pouring down my leg from the box. When I contacted the owner CARMEN she had NO empathy or sympathy. She never even apologized for what happened to the vases or what I had experienced. She didn’t offer any solutions and stopped answering her phone. This is the worst customer service I experienced in a while. DO NOT GO HERE.
