Worst haircut I've gotten in 20+ years

I just moved back to the NY area for work after a three year stint in Philly, and during that time my go-to barber in Livingston and my back up barber in Secaucus both retired. I walked in, and thought there was a line (a good sign on a Saturday), but no, it was just some guy chilling (bad sign) The available barber spoke no english, and had issues understanding that I wanted a basic haircut with a part on the left.

He took almost an hour to do a haircut that should have taken 20 minutes, cut my hair way too short and barely picked up the scissors for a haircut that should have been 75%+ scissors. I bet he's never even seen a pair of thinning shears (I can guarantee he wouldn't know the word for them, he didn't even know the word for "part"...

First time there and at first it was good, he did my undercut shave well and when it came to the design which is literally 4 lines.. he messed up on one of them. I pointed it out when he showed me through the mirror and then said that I moved apparently when I was on my phone when my phone was on the table in front of the chair, charging. Also, walking back home I took my hair out of the ponytail and when I held my hair tie in my hand, there was a big piece of my hair hanging off of it as if he either pulled it off while picking it up, or shaving it off during the cut. This was a last minute place for me to go to because Yepsy’s was busy and Diamond Cuts was closed, but I’m not going...

Worst experience. Booked a 9 am appointment with Jose, but he wasnt there.I entered at 8.59 am and the only barber present gave my slot to someone else. Waited for 20 min before a woman barber joined. She was inexperienced as she gave me many cuts while shaving. The beard was not aligned equal on both sides. It is okay as she was learning. But then they charged me $35 when their board said $30 for Gold service. The appointment also mentioned $30 as the charge. Since the guy could not operate the billing machine, he ended up putting $36 as final cost and couldnt change it. I had to pay $36. I also tipped the lady. This happened...
