Update 10-14-2023 The owner decided to go through his paperwork after seeing my bad review, find my information and then proceed to call me back to back until I answered to harass me, berate me,belittle me and make the damages I found all my fault for not calling him and how he was so worried about his reputation instead of saying how sorry he was I received damaged merchandise. He got an attitude and mad at me for posting a poor review and told me there is a manufacturer warranty, How am I supposed to know that? when all he did is give me a hand wrote receipt with zero warranty info on it. So instead of calling me and saying how sorry he was and how he could have fixed it. He yelled at me, intimidated me and stressed me out so bad I couldn't sleep. If he calls me again ill be filing charges for harassment. This is not how "The best" should treat customer complaints. Thanks for the headache. Don't call me again..

BUYERS BEWARE, hidden issues. Missing bolts, striped bolts and wood screws holding brackets where bolts just spin attached to nothing. And bolts so tight they shot through the couch and is damaging the seat next to it. Looks like Josh is either hiding fixes he does him self or he happens to get damaged furniture he doesnt look over befor selling. But remember he calls himself THE BEST,I feel dooped and would have never bought a used or damaged couch if I would have known. Several people had referred me to Top Drawer Furniture so I added them on FaceBook to see for myself because I do not live in the same town as their store. When they posted a specific piece of furniture that I knew I had to have, I immediately contacted them through messenger. I got an almost immediate response back! Through messages and texts I was able to complete my purchase quickly!! They were even willing to deliver and set up my purchase in my home!! Not a friendly store. Called first, then came in. Asked about financing and he acted like I was taking money from his pocket when synchrony approved me for $8k. Basically told me to leave after I asked. Shouldn’t advertise financing on there website and get upset when someone asked about it after being approved. 2k for mattress with no warranty and I wanna feel like I’m getting a deal and not being scammed and tomorrow I find a defect of why it cost less but still a lot of money and can’t return it.
