I wanted to have some mugs engraved with Jessica Peachey. I had purchased them from Amazon and was going to have them ship directly to Jessica. When I realized I no longer needed the gift, I let her know and informed her that one of the mugs was already on the way. I asked if she would be able to return it back to Amazon once it got delivered. She agreed and let me know that the most convenient return method was UPS. I sent her the label to return it and she gave me two options (invoice me for the travel expense or pay for a return label of her own) since UPS doesn't pick up returns so she would have to go out of her way to return it and there was no UPS near her. I found a UPS 4 mins away from her and asked if that was a convenient location since it wasn't too far out. She then retracted the first option and said that they do not make "special trips" to the UPS store, which I found weird given that she owns a small business. So the only way to return it to amazon was with her $14 shipping label. Thankfully, I was able to issue a refund with Amazon and let her keep the cup to avoid any further...

This place truly deserves way more than 5 stars! We stopped by yesterday, after a desperate search for the perfect Christmas gift for my MIL & within less than 20 minutes we left with one that she will cherish forever(not to mention they wrapped it up for us)! I was mind blown to be able to get a cup done same day in store, with our daughter’s handwriting, absolutely incredible! The most amazing part of this entire experience was the staff here. They are the most welcoming people we’ve come across & in today’s world, they truly are a breath of fresh air!
