Kent Pizza 3 — Restaurant in Hartford

I am so disappointed in this place. I grew up in Hartford CTand remember when Kent pizza was a nice place to go get a pizza. So my daughters was ordering a pizza. I am laying down and hear her tell the man her order. He couldn’t understand what she said in regards to delivery because he couldn’t understand English. He hangs the phone up on her. She calls back ordering and he ask if she wants a soda, she says no then he hangs up the phone again. I literally got up and drove down there because he was so rude to my child. I get down there and before he apologize, he lied and said she ordered a slice and he told her they don’t deliver slices. The other man then proceeded to lie as well. Their service is horrible and they seem to have no respect for women. Unfortunately a lot of immigrants come from countries where they don’t respect women and I could tell because the tone and rudeness of their behavior towards my child and myself. Who in the hell puts red n green peppers on a hot turkey grinder? If it’s not listed on things that comes on the grinder then fix it. We don’t eat that crap. I ordered a cheese burger which doesn’t list the ingredients that comes on it, they put red onions and green peppers on my burger hella mayo on top and bottom of the burger with barely any lettuce and nasty red onions and ketchup on top and bottom which was done sloppy as hell like they just threw it on with a overly toasted hard as hamburger bun with one flat patty, fix your menu to include the items that comes on your food so that people who aren’t y’all and who don’t eat stuff like that on grinders and burgers can take them off. They served me pork twice when I specifically asked that they not. I used to love their pizza with hamburg onions & peppers. (Once I asked for olives, they thought it was ok to give me green ones.) Anyway they keep their bacon next to hamburg so it got mixed In. When I told them this the second time this was their explanation. I explained I do not eat pork and haven't in almost 15 years and that my body will be affected negatively even though I forced myself to regurgitate the small portion I had.
