Subway — Restaurant in Hartland Township

I ordered via the Subway app 4 subs for my family. When I got to this location to pick up the subs, I was told they never got an order. I checked my app and it popped up the order was voided. No reason, just voided, yet I my card was charged TWICE! I also received two emails, one saying it was being prepared and then cancelled but not by me. The store employees "informed" me it was cancelled cause they don't accept the $2 coupons earned from ordering subs. It would be nice to know that when I place the order!!!!!!!! The customer service at this store was also lacking. When I worked fast food, OUR franchisee made it a point to make sure a customer NEVER went away mad! These employees couldn't care that they lost a $25 order today and ALL, THAT'S ALL future orders from me. Between being charged twice, rude employees and the lack of customer service or care, I give this store a NEGATIVE star. If you want great service and care, try the the Subway in Milford or in Highland. They are always...

This subway is unquestionably the worst store in the united States. Do not go this if you like customer service. The general manager Kelly thinks she is all that. She doesn't even know company policy. When I complained about her to the franchise they told me she was wrong in not making my sandwich the way I wanted it. Which was a tuna sub not tuna. The general manager Kelly wouldn't do that. Stupid? Arrogant? She became confrontation about it. But when I complained to the franchise owner they said we're sorry we will talk to her. I ordered my sandwich on the App, I ordered a ham and turkey sandwich on white, with extra tomatoes and pickles aka my favorite order, with a bottle of Coke and two cookies.

It took the lady forever to work on the sandwiches of the two gentlemen in front of us. it was Black Friday around lunch time there should have been more than one worker in there.

She told us to get our drinks but they were out of Coke, we finally got our sandwiches and it took her a few minutes to get my cookies after that because she was determined I had ordered chips.
