Went to find a gift for grandson . Apparently we bothered the 2 girls behind the desk having dinner . They did “look” at us but that’s it . No communication at all - till it was time to check out - “ and that was “ you want this wrapped?” Spent over $200 at the store and it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worse than Walmart or Dollar store . Went back later in the week to check on a price and the 3 girls behind the desk were just as bad . No hello - just condensing looks and sneers . Please do not support this store. The workers and owner are pretentious and unrightfully so. A wooden bookend I bought two years ago fell to the ground and it turns out it was made of thin wood and plastered rocks. The store wreaks of superiority but it’s all kitsch with no substance, just like the owner. Also, my son is Black and they were SUPER racist. So much variety in all price ranges. Great place to find home decor, holiday items, football and local stuff. You can definitely find the perfect gift here and they gift wrap for free - and do a great job. I've always had good customer service. This is a family atmosphere.
