Went through the drive through to get some ice cream and anyone going through can see clearly, management does not treat staff with respect. Up in the kitchen there is a sign up for the employees that states “if you have 6 cups of gravy, then you need MORE! If you run out, I will consider that your resignation” I can’t imagine the staff enjoys coming into work everyday. Also ignorant of ownership to display this to customers. It’s easier for consumers to support restaurants that treat their employees well and not disrespect them. That’s Ridiculous! When talking to management, they just acted like the employee was the issue. Managment also stated the owner put the sign up, she was very defensive about the sign so I don’t know about that. Food was good . However Savannah the lady taking the order didn’t know what she was doing and tried charging me for honey mustard that should have came with my food . When I had asked if sauce was included in the chicken strip basket Savannah walked away from the counter and there were like 6 people standing around looking at me like I was stupid, until finally one boy walked to the back and brought me some honey mustard and apologized. I just asked for a Double Fudge Cookie dough blizzard. I quite literally get one every single week. This time the girl who took my order was a young girl and she said “we don’t have that anymore.” I told her I think they normally punch in the ingredients and she said “we can’t do that.” She was very adamant that this couldn’t be done.
