Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Hartville

My mom went here attempting to get a drink for me. She asked for an Espresso Frappachino with only 2 pumps of the Espresso Roast and and an extra shot of expresso. The drive through girl was condescending and rude. She spoke down to her implying how stupid she must be as to ask for less pumps. She told her how there is not syrup in here. My mom tried to explain she meant less of the base. She tried to charge her 10.75 for the drink saying she was going to add syrup since I clearly wanted syrup. My mom tried to explain I was looking to lower my suagr not add to it. And as previously expressed she was looking to reduce the pumps not add them. The girl kept saying she would add syrup and make the drink watery. My mom gave up on that but went inside to order a drink for my sick daughter. She was very upset but did not want to let down her gradaughter. She was greeted with "What do you want/" as the opener. When she came in to order this different drink they made comments about how she was the lady from the line did she want extra syrup in this drink too. She said no this was for a sick child and she just wanted the Java Chip Frap like she asked for. Then they tried to add peppermint to it and she explained she didnt want that. They then preceeded to whisper about her and make fun of her while she waiting for her drink. They never called her name or told her her drink was made. When she finally asked if one of the drinks were hers they said "Of Course." It is so simple to be kind, respectful, and professional. Clearly that is not the mentality of the staff here. Starbucks is a great coffee house but I wouldn’t recommend others to come here. So far I have had only a negative experience visiting this store. They are pretty slow at making drinks and the register employees aren’t very friendly and seem annoyed you’re there, the store’s music is very loud too, with a friend sitting right next to you, you still have to practically yell. My most recent visit was the the final time coming to this store, I needed to use the restroom so I waited till one was free, a male worker who I wish was wearing a name tag and who I believe may have been a manager, assistant or shift leader since he wasn’t in the apron attire but was wearing a headset, walked out and when I went in I noticed the toilet was not flushed and the sink was dry... when I was done I came out and saw that worker behind the bar making drinks. I was completely disgusted grabbed my stuff and walked out. The store was very slow so there was no need to rush and skip the most important step after using...

Went to the drive thru. I was told to put my card in the card thing with her holding it out the window. The person said to answer questions on the card thing. The sun was hitting it so I couldn't see the questions. I asked her what the questions were 3 time . She would not tell me . She said to just push something or I can't pay for it. What type of outfit is this. She was rude too. Im sure not going back. This is the 3rd time I ever went to any Starbuck. The time before this the girl was very rude too. The coffee was good...
