Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Hartville

Management really needs to step it up at the Hartville location. Workers always seem overwhelmed or just not wanting to be there. Lights are always off before close which makes it look uninviting. The wait. Let's not even go there with the wait time. It's worth driving to Springfield location. They are always inviting, fast and pleasant and are not out of everything! I will edit my review to 5 stars when someone comes in and helps this location out! I see why McDonald's in Hartville is always busy! Because they do it right! Also note: They serve food that is cold, broken, mangled and multiple times the tacos are half filled! We live 2 minutes from this location and have given them multiple chances but I'm over it. Whoever owns this franchise either doesn't care or doesn't care! Hire new management and employees who are welcoming. The atmosphere is always doom...

I generally do not complain as I have worked food service for multiple years and understand that things happen, but… Oh my gosh. This place is so awful it’s almost funny. My food always takes at LEAST twenty minutes, is almost always cold, and often comes incorrectly made. The employees often have foul attitudes- I used to work the drive thru at a fast food restaurant and am currently a hostess… There is NO reason to be so sour, NOBODY wants to be at work. I just got two very simple tacos and they forgot the beans in both! It was just sauce and lettuce in a shell! I called and the lady on the phone very politely offered me a refund, but I’m still beside myself as I waited 20 minutes for ranch and lettuce. I cannot even begin to comprehend how the service is so sluggish and lackluster… At all of the restaurants I’ve worked at, none of them would let...

Disappointing night. Cheesy roll-ups had a few onions in them. I've had probably 100 of these over the years, but never with onions. Bean burrito with requested extra cheese - extra charge - had so little cheese that I had to open it up to see if there was any cheese at all. Again, this is an item that I have ordered several times before, but it was never like this. I called the manager to let her know, just in case there was someone new working or someone else not paying attention. She didn't really seem to care.
