I had purchased my first IPhone after only having an android. There was an odd glitch causing a few of my contacts that use androids, to be able to receive my texts from my iPhone, however, when they replied back, their texts went to my old android. I was in the store for approximately 3 hours, while Matt was being bounced back and forth on the phone trying to resolve the issue. He had to explain the issue over and over again. I thought I was at a dead end with getting what I needed off my old phone and then i went into boost to try to figure out any last minute ideas on what I could do as my last resort. Veronica saved the day. Her and her co worker were very helpful. In the end Veronica even ended up staying after close just to finish helping me. I’m very thankful for her.
