We have purchased computers, printers, an iPad, an Apple Watch and received guidance syncing our iPhones to our Apple products along with programs to assist us meet our technology needs from the knowledgable staff. Pricing has always been fair and reasonable, but what I value most is the service that all staff provide. Upon arriving to purchase a computer, the staff questioned our needs and led us to realize that an iPad would meet those needs just as well as a more expensive computer. I bought a new IPhone 15 Pro in Kansas this week. There was some kind of glitch during the set up process that ultimately locked me out and froze my phone. I dealt with apple support twice, and they referred me to Thomas Hiatt at Computer Hardware. Mind you, I live in Hays, Kansas and this was 165 miles one way. There was no guarantee that they could fix it. It was a long but beautiful drive and totally worth it! Thomas is quite the professional and experienced individual. I have known Shane and Thomas (and Barb) for as long as they have been in business in Hastings and bought an iMac desk computer and now my third iPad from them. They have always been courteous and helpful, but especially with this past iPad purchase. I was in need of a lot of help with set-up because of a change of e-mail, many different user names and passwords, etc. They were both so knowledgeable and kind in helping me that I am forever indebted to them both.
