Millbrook Service — Local services in Hastings

I have a 40 inch Haier TV that failed suddenly after connecting a DVI to HDMI connection to the TV. The TV wouldn't power on afterwards, but it was under warranty. When I called Haier, they referred me to Millbook Service Company. I didn't have my receipt from Paul's TV and it took me a few days to get one, but while I was waiting on them to get back to me with the receipt, I was proactively called by Millbrook Service so they could touch base and give me an idea of what to expect. He gave me an estimate of when he could come out which was spot on.

When he came out to perform the repair, he called in advance, and was polite and courteous. He repaired the TV in my home in less than an hour. The guy was a true professional in every sense of the word.

It's hard to find good, capable help, but if that's what you need when it comes to a TV I would recommend this company to my closest family and friends.

I read some bad reviews on other sites, but everything I read seemed like circumstances that were totally out of their control, i.e. getting parts from the other side of the world and it taking two months, or dealing with a manufacturer that refuses to send them. You can't fault the repair guy for that . . . lol.

Make no mistake, this guy is like a Shaolin Monk of TV repair, and thanks to his wicked Kung-Fu, my kid's TV is alive...

This company is highly recommended by our family. We have a Samsung JS9500 that stopped working. A technician came out the next day to assess. Long story short, Samsung advised they replace the Screen and LED driver. Glad they did not listen because this repair is several thousand dollars. The issue was the power board. They did not jump right to the most expensive fix and I applaud that. Very honest and from my experience, they will do what ever they can to get you where you want to be. We live in Grand Rapids. I decided, based on public reveiws, to take my LG microwave oven to Millbrook Servie in Hastings for repair. I was not disappointed. The 45-minute drive was worth my effort and time. Ryan's, the service owner and technician, level of communication and responsiveness was satisfying. His technical ability was exact.
