I went to get a brand new camera install. I call before I went and asked him could they get it going told him what I had going on he said ok we can get you going. When I got there I Took him outside and he got in my truck and I explained to him again what was going on show it to him and he said oh yeah we can get it gone. They took my truck in the back. I stayed there for an hour and 24 minutes. They cannot hook it up. They was asking me about the settings on the radio. Ask me have I deleted anything and my response was no.They hook the camera up to the monitor They said it was working fine, but they didn’t know why it wasn’t showing up on the screen. So they were trying to get me to buy another monitor to Mount into my dash and I said no so I paid for Nothing. Don’t ever take your truck a car there they don’t know that’s why when you pass by there are no cars there. I should have known better when I pulled up and seen the site so I got appointment to take my car to pro audio. I told him what happened and they told me they just didn’t know what they was doing. They radio has no app it only has settings That they probably didn’t have the right setting on and they didn’t know what they was doing. So my I see you take your car to someone that knows what they’re doing.Then before I pulled off I looked behind my radio and they had a hot wire that had a cap on it uncovered laying by the ground Metal frame going to burn 🔥 everything up. So l had to go back inside and get them to fix it and all they said was o my bad I apologize for that. You will probably coming out better find a shade tree Auto specials...

I took them a nightmare, all the wires were cut, nothing marked and not an easy job... for experienced technicians ONLY ! The sales manager of showroom was so knowledgeable and service focused that he gave me 3 options ( low, mid and high ). It was also a complicated sports car with all kinds of technical details for everything to work right and when I got in it the sound was INCREDIBLE and all at a REASONABLE price with customer focused SERVICE ! Everything works as it should and I chose the middle plan. I wish I could have afforded the top plan because the middle plan I chose still surpassed my expectations. I cant even imagine how good the top option sounds because the middle one blew my mind. Thank you to the entire crew and these guys have been around for over 20 years so that should also be mentioned. Go to the pros at Hi Fi and dont waste your time with anyone else. They can build you the sound system of your dreams and they also offer easy financing. They are the area source for Alpine & Rockford Fosgate ( Is anything else as good ? ) and they also install cameras as well and they can do anything car audio related. My trucks old and ik stuffs easy to break, but when i got my truck back, a week later my radio went sideways, the radio mount is in 4 or 5 different peices. Also there was some screws just sitting in my cup holder when i got it back. I asked if they could put me 2 10s in and when i got it and already paid i found out they were actually 12s. I had them for maybe 3 months and 1 blew, then i bought another, and a few months later the amp blew, and i plugged another amp into it and the subs were blown. Those were 2 12 rockford fosgates on a 500 watt amp. Now i’ve been running 2 skar 10s with a skar 1200 watt amp for probably a year now, and i haven’t had to replace one or anything, and they hit harder.
