Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Alright, lets start this off with the company, tactics used to short sale people on goods. Leaving customers to believe its the workers fault, management maybe. The real issue is price hiking with less or unfavorable goods to the consumer. Consumer favorites items no longer within a menu but individual sale with increased cost. Its understandable that a company may falls short from time to time but to cover it up with great reviews and take downs should be scary for anyone who understands the amount of scandals happening. Okay back to the meal ingredients, im starting to believe that the accountability is meant to be short and the local taco bell workers are meant to follow this packing procedure. Sadly due to the the amount of competition within the fast food market, the less food given strengthen the value to the company. A take on McDonalds have already been given as well but seems that all fast foods forget their origin and now want to be a top class restaurant through your hardworking income. Best to say is cook until things get better cause corps dont give a thought on your consumption. One good note, their Baja Blast always on point, waiting till the ice melt to check that. Always check your order before driving away. They have yet to give me my order correct. The food is always hot and delicious, especially when I get what I ordered. They never remember to put in the mild taco sauce, napkins or utensils. Most of the workers are sad, not rude, but too sad to even say "good evening, or have a nice day". Only a few employees are downright rude if you ask them to double check the bag for napkins and forks. Eventually you get your order straightened out and head home. Takes a few drive around, extra 15 to 20 minutes when they are busy. But remember, after you get your order, just be ready to pull over and check it. Oh and by the way, DO NOT pre order, twice now it has been so messed up, I couldn't get it straight. They don't give receipts for your online orders. What a mess. Otherwise, their food is...

Just got home from the tacobell on hwy98 in hattiesburg after ordering 2 chalupa supremes, a crunchwrap supreme, a grilled cheese burrito and a disha hot box. When we opened the bag they did not give us 2 chalupas but instead gave us 2 regular tacos no chips in the disha box the threw the burrito and crunchwrap on top of the crunchy tacos which were crushed. If you plan on going to this location you better check your bag and make sure you open every item before pulling away from the window. They need to act more professional at this location their attitudes are absolutely attrocious.
