Absolutely loved my experience. I walked in with no appointment and they squeezed me in. I noticed they called all the clientele by their first name. They even brought a birthday gift basket for one of the ladies. I spoke with Frank when he was doing my nail and he said they had been in business for over 30 years and most were regulars. I have never felt more comfortable at a nail salon. They did not rush and made sure I was comfortable. Not to mention I’ve never been happier...

Went on Saturday with my sister and it wasn’t crowded. However there were only two men working, and two other women walked in after us. We arrived at about 1:50 and didn’t leave until just before 4pm. They did a good job on our nails. I think 2hrs is too long a wait. I just got a gel polish.

Update: A little over a week later, the area near the cuticles is peeling like I’ve never seen before. Disappointed to pay so much for something that didn’t even...

After being referred by a friend to Universal nails, making an appointment, & getting my nails done I have definitely found my new favorite place. Once in the process of getting my nails done I realized that #1 nails in petal are skipping steps leaving them super thick looking tacky. Mr Frank & his wife take their time making sure of their customer's happiness....
