In addition to the fact that I think that Starbucks are really expensive for their prices, specifically in this branch and really unfortunately because I am there a lot, there are a number of employees that I would have fired a long time ago, as a business owner myself who has employees, believe me that I know how to make the diagnosis, I will give 2 examples, the first example An employee at the checkout, with a scowl on his face, not smiling, yes, I know that everyone will say that something happened to him, so that's why I also thought that way, so I waited to see if it was something one-time or permanent, and it turns out that it is permanent, answers reluctantly to customers and really, by and large, conveys a simple feeling Unpleasant, a second example, yesterday I was there, I almost always drink the mocha cookie crumble drink, I've never had a more shocking drink made for me, just sorry for the expression disgusting, after I took one sip and was disgusted, I approached the employee who didn't stop chatting With some customer and I really had to tell her sorry, add syrup or something, the drink is not tasty, she did not offer me to change the drink and just added chocolate syrup on top, it should be noted that when I received the drink the whole glass was dirty from the drink that was probably spilled and they did not bother to clean the glass, in short I Hopefully this review will reach the managers and they will put some order...
Read moreIt is quite a buzzing atmosphere with groups of young folks and many regular folks like myself in line placing fancy drink orders with more syllables than I can pronounce (as you would expect). I just ordered a small black coffee and a slice of cake from the display stand. It sounds very standard until I waited almost 25 minutes for my small black cup of coffee. I watch the servers brought all the fancy drinks to the counter, calling out by name the patrons. I stood in plain sight so I wasn't missed. 12 minutes later the server brought the slice of cake, no coffee, I had to remind her my small black coffee, she says, "oh it's coming" I waited again, saw her went back to the machine, fidgeted, filled a cup went out of sight and then nothing. I was too surprised to be impatient and grateful it was a Sunday and not a morning on my way to work. This process I have done many times with an instantaneous return. 8 minutes later, the server came with the small cup of coffee, call my name and placed it on the counter. I picked up the coffee, eager for a sip because it my first caffeine moment of the day, now I am slightly annoyed and still perturb by the wait. It was room temperature, I'm not sure if their practice is to cool the coffee before they give it to you but not a fan today. I spent $7 for...
Read moreI'm very disappointed at the way I was treated here today. Its been a couple years since I ordered from the menu at Starbucks and couldn't find my beverage I used to order all the time. Having a disability from being in two comas im slower processing things. And I asked the cashier Olivia questions if they still carry my drink and she gave me a dirty look answering me. When I paid for my drink she wouldn't hand me my change (But I watched her hand everyone else their change who paid after me and put it in there hand) I had to reach over to get my change (its all on camera where the register is). Then my drink was never called and didn't know it was done and I was asked what im I doing. And I was given dirty looks after I was told my drink was already done. But this type of behavior isn't new. I've been dealing with it since my childhood because of my disability. And these people what they do is they deny and deflect it. Its never their fault. When you have a disability some people society are very unforgiving and cruel. But the thing with me is I can speak up and fight back unlike many others with disabilities who are alot lower functioning who can't speak up or are too afraid too. What happened to me here today is weak, sadistic, cruel...
