UPDATE After posting this review I received an email from Scott Winters and he discussed with me the issues that I had with the promotions on the website. After sending a screenshot and Scott seeing what I was talking about Scott went above and beyond for me to resolve these unfortunate mistakes between the website and the POS system and staff. On top of Scott making it right he owned the issues and said this feedback was eye opening and ensured it would lead to improvements from managing the website promotions as well as making sure staff are well trained on how to handle these issues going forward. There was never a question with the quality of CNAs product and now theres no question about the dedication to providing the best customer service. Thank you again Scott for everything.
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Two times in a row I go out of my way to drive to this dispensary to take advantage of deals that they have advertised on their website. First time was July 10th aka Oil Day for dabbers they had a deal listed where I was getting 5 grams of dabs for $50, I order then when I get to the dispensary they tell me the deal is wrong on the website and it ends up being over $100 instead of $50. I chalked it up as a mistake. I go again today they have a deal 2 brands of prerolls 3/$25. I place the order the order says it will be $30 after tax, the cashier rings me up and its $43.50 this time I’m annoyed I tell him the website says $30 after tax. He asks a girl next to him she says that deal was yesterday only, well then why is it on your website? One time ok sure its a mistake but now its most definitely a bait and switch. Lure you in with deals and then tell you their website is wrong. Maybe don’t have a website then if you can’t manage...
Read moreBeen coming for awhile now and CNA is my favorite dispensary in the area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Typically have a solid selection to choose from. I’d love to give a higher review but it’s hard to where their concentrates are hit or miss.
I’m not sure how they’re stored or why the First In First Out method isn’t being used. I’ve had some bad concentrate from here and the latest is unacceptable.
This comes last off the heals of getting some of the best Rosin I’ve had as well. I grabbed a .5g of some Mac #1 from Bountiful Farms. I’ve always had good luck with Bountiful and their products and quality are excellent and reliable. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and opened it up to find it had been extremely oxidized and is basically a solid wax. Nothing at all how Rosin should be. I checked the label and found that this particular batch was created in May of 2022 of last year. Realized this has been sitting around for a year on the store shelf. No wonder why it’s absolutely terrible. Tasted like cardboard, barely heats enough to use and is very rough and harsh. This is a waste of money.
I want to keep coming back but they need to implement a FIFI system like restaurants use and train their staff to look out for this stuff. Along with double checking how long things have been sitting around. It feels bad getting bad batch of nearly year old concentrate that’s pretty much unusable and having no way for the issue to be corrected.
P.S. Somehow my review disappeared and I had to repost it. I’m not sure how or why, but I knocked another star off do the sketchyness of it where they seem to have replied to every other review but this...
Read moreToday they sold me fake pot. The manager later on made it right and switched the product. They are selling people trim prerolls without making customers aware it is not bud. I was told by them this is an industry standard. I'm sure it is, but honest businesses will tell you prior to the purchase. People go to dispensaries for quality, not to be sold hay and trim. You lost a customer being shady. You are selling fake prerolls with a thc % of the bud, not the shake and trim. Deceptive no matter how you slice it.
