Bad costumers service. I make a appt yesterday for 3:00 pm I get there 10 minutes before my appt ( 2:50 pm ) , when I get there I asked for Richie “ the guy that I supposed that i made the appt on the Booksy app ) they told me that Richie was coming at 3:30 pm and that my name it was not in the list of the appointment. Then I ask them if one of them could give me a haircut, then the guy of the First chair told me that he can take care me , as soon I set in the chair, he turned the chair Against the mirror, he finished my haircut and beard in 20 minutes , which that haircut came out orrible, I asked for a low skin fade and he did me a mid fade he don’t even put cream to shave my beard and alcohol neither. I can even smell the actitud of him to me, he verely let me see in the mirror, I also tip him well $40.00 . I’m not a picky costumers like some others costumers which I don’t blame the barber . I was working with a very talented barber here but the customer service is awful. I’m leaving his name out of this review out of respect but man, when the customer books an appointment, you show up. I got burned once when he didn’t show up and rescheduled my appointment in the app they use after my first appointment had passed. I figured it was a one off thing, maybe there was an emergency or something, fine. Then recently I booked an appointment for this specific barber and he then flipped it to a different barber that I’ve never worked with, then that barber changed the time to 3 hours later! Wild man. I will say this shop is definitely where you want to consistently get your haircuts not only can you conveniently schedule and lock in a haircut right off your smartphone, The people behind the clippers are passionate and true artists in my opinion. Attention to detail is carefully executed through what they do. It's more than a haircut it's something that represents you so make sure you go to the right place to make that happen.

Not to mention it's close to the train station for any out of towners this is where you want to stop for a quick haircut.
