I had a very negative experience with the owner, who was extremely rude to me. I tried to purchase a sterling silver necklace, but it had a black mark on it, which I noticed after I bought it. I asked for a different necklace of the same size, but all of them had similar black marks which would not wash off. I asked if I could have a larger adjustable necklace which did not have any black marks for the same price (it was only priced $8 higher), and the owner stormed out of the back office telling me that there was nothing wrong with the necklace, even though she admitted there was a black mark and her own employees had been trying to clean it off of all their necklaces without success. As other reviews have said, cool, eclectic store with awesome staff! I was looking for a foldable fan I could fit in my purse and the only one they had for sale was a bit too large and unable to fold. The woman (wish I caught her name) actually went out to her car and gave me her foldable fan! Such an incredibly generous and welcoming gesture! I didn’t get a chance to tell her this, but the reason I was looking for a small fan was because I’d given mine away a week earlier to someone going through...

I love love love this store. Have been going there for 20 yrs every time we come to Hawaii. It's my favorite store on the whole Big Island💕💕 The staff is so sweet and fun to chat with. The owner has great taste. She buys good quality items and unique as well. I really wish they had a website we could purchase off of. They have adorable clothing. Mahalo...
