Aloha and thank you for my new vehicle. My experience at Chevrolet has been fantastic. It started with Daysha who deals with your internet market very helpful to driving onto the dealership. I was greeted right away by John and introduced to Isaiah. What was great they listened to the position I was in with my trade-in and said not to worry and asked what was I looking for and went from there. John and I went on the lot talking about what I was interested in and he answered all my questions about the vehicles we were looking at till the trax caught my eye and we took it for a drive and immediately knew I wanted it. Unfortunately John had to fulfill an appointment he had with another client who showed up and Feather stepped in and didn't miss a beat. John got her up to speed and we continued on the process where I was able to drive away with the vehicle I wanted. Feather and Isaiah tagged team the paperwork process and I wasn't sure what to expect till she presented me with a payment plan that fit my needs. I was in awe how quick they were able to put it together. John continued to check in on our progress and stayed engaged when he had time which was awesome made me feel very comfortable. Your finance manager was great also sorry I forgot his name he went over the paperwork and he explained each warranty plan and I made a choice that worked for me. He didn't impose and he answered any concerns I had and agreed with my choice. The whole time I was there I didn't feel like I was being squeezed to make a choice to spend more or being ignored. They made me feel comfortable and they definitely made the process easy. To tell you the truth to easy😂😂 and it's been a delight sharing my experience with my friends and family. Read moreOn December 13, 2017 I brought my car in to have a tire sensor repaired and a oil change. I had told Ryan I just bought four brand new tires for my vehicle three weeks earlier. Ryan had told me that I had to replace the tire sensor. I told him to change it. But! I never told him to rotate my brand new tires? I brought it up to the attention of Mr. Cummings service manager and I didn't even get my money back for Ryan's blunder? Mr. Cummings had given me a new consultant. I no longer wanted Ryan. I waited until July 19th to bring my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. The next day my vehicle was making a rumbling noise? I brought it back to the Toyota Service and Monique Bush had gone for a drive to hear the noise. When I got home I had said let me check the lugs out? Sure enough four of the five lug nuts were loose on the driver side. Mr. Cummings was on the mainland in a meeting. Monique had said she tell him about that? All you get is I will tell the service manager and nothing given back to me for reimbursement? I brought my vehicle to Michelin Tires and that person had told me four out of five lug nuts were loose. That he check all of the tires and there were lug nuts loose on all four tires. He told me the proper torque was suppose to be 80 torque. The manager has never called me back-not a word? " Please, Please" Don't Take Your Vehicle to that place "What Shabby Service" I could have gotten killed doing 55 MPH on the roadway. Not even a call back from the Service Manager Mr. Cummings. Since he took over the business everything has gone down the tubes. I need work done I will never bring my vehicle ever there again. I was doing my business with Toyota Service for seven years....
