I highly recommend walking along this trail at sunrise. If it's a chilly morning, the steam will really be pumping. The way the rising sun shines through the steam will make for some spectacular pictures. Plus, at that hour, you will have the area all to yourself. You can experience wonderful peace...

I'm not quite sure how you can give a bad review on a viewpoint in a national park. The view on the volcano is terrific from here! Only .1 mile from the parking at the steaming vents. Flat terrain, without too...
