I am so thrilled! The bedroom set looks amazing and is exactly what I was hoping it would be! Totally worth the wait! My experience with Inmod was great and this order would not have been successful without Sara F, Brian G, and all the team members involved. I really appreciated the amazing customer service and communications. Through all the delays and 1 damaged item, they kept up the communications and assurances. For me, that shows the strength of their customer service vs an order that just went completely smooth. Its easy when orders go seemlessly (We wish they ALL did of course). So when an order does go wrong, that is when a client can see the real quality of the customer services team members....

The most horrendous customer service experience ever. I ordered and paid for a chair that was expected to arrive in 10 weeks. When calling twice during this original 10 week period to check on the status, the customer service reps were extremely short, rude and unwilling to provide information.
