First off, I would like to apologize to the owner, Josh for the poor review that I wrote a few months back when I visited; I must had misunderstood/misheard as I was arriving. Upon my arrival, he and a fellow neighbor were discussing something regarding security so I must had thought there was a recent problem. I should had asked and clear things up with the owner instead of assuming I knew best. Perhaps I was a bit harsh and blame him for things outside of his control such as the location not being in the best neighborhood, but his location is safe and secure.

As for the review, I would like to say, Josh is a friendly and chill dude who is easy to talk and willing to go above and beyond for his services and dolls. He knows his dolls well and is able to find any dolls that anyone might be looking for. His inventory is vast, and he will work with you to find the doll you want.

Despite some communication issues, Josh was able to reserve my rental period and greet me when I arrived. He showed me around his shop, his dolls and provided me with essentials such as lube, condoms and a bedroom to enjoy the dolls I requested. He even went above by picking up some clothes I had ordered for the dolls; I forgot to pick them up on the way to his store. I had requested two mini dolls, but I asked for them only a week in advance when I should had asked for them much earlier with more time but Josh being true to his words, managed to get them in time and without any trouble. One of the dolls was exactly what I requested but the other doll was not what I had in mind but still enjoyable, nonetheless. The effort he puts in to pleasing his customers is unmatched through.

Once I was settled and left with the dolls, I had a great experience without any issues; maybe the bed could have been a bit bigger or perhaps a bit more room to use the doll but those are more of personal preferences. The place was safe, secure, and clean which was great despite the area; Josh would even check up on me via text to make sure everything was going along well and asked if I needed anything else. He was flexible and did not make any fuzz over anything; He was very chill and that made me feel relaxed and comfortable as this was my first ever visit to Vivant Dolls.

So, in conclusion, Josh is a great owner and individual who knows his products and how to take care of his cilents/customers. I would highly recommend anyone who is skeptical to try his service out and check out what he has to offer. You will not be...

The owner is extremely knowledgeable about his products. I have rented multiple times from this unique experience and I am always surprised of how realistic and awesome these dolls are. I am truly shocked to be giving one star given how many positive reviews this had. I heard so many good things about this establishment but unfortunately it was all too good to be true. I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM and nobody showed up. I texted and called over and over again but no one attended my calls and nobody showed up. There was absolutely no communication. I can’t even express my disappointment.

UPDATE: Josh had an urgent personal matter arise and communicated this with me when he was available. As a token of his apology, he got me my favorite beer and offered an additional hour at no charge. I was too quick to judge.
