I cannot say enough about CLK supplies. Everybody on that staff has been above and beyond supportive from Trina from the customer service guy Ian, and everybody has given me the support I have need to thrive my business. I have never felt that I have been alone, I can ask questions. They are there to support me and my business and answer the questions. Ian, went above and beyond for two days, trying to answer the questions I had, and kept reassuring me that we will figure it out together and we got the answers I needed to feel comfortable in my purchase And he never wanted to sell me something I did not want or need. CLK Supplies is not a normal company. They are a bunch of wizards. I swear Ian not only performs magic, but can read minds.

The level of service I received working with CLK (specifically Ian) was unparalleled. The only place you might get better service is if you surprise your grandmother with flowers on your own 10th birthday.

Ian not only understood what I was trying to accomplish (1" door side strike plates on grade 2 hardware) but advised me on another thing to lookout for. (That residential locks have 2-3/8" backset while most commercial grade locks have 2-3/4" backset) This saved me a bunch of time and a ton of headache! Ian was able to special order the exact parts I needed. Perhaps the most amazing thing was that a "long" time on hold to them is about 30 seconds. Absolutely magical!
