I used Ash Bridal for my wedding this past Saturday and I had a great experience with them. My team consisted of Katherine, Michelle and Leah. Katherine did my bridal hair and makeup and she really made my vision come true! My hair truly made me look like a boho princess and she really put so much love and effort into it. I was sooooo nervous about how my makeup was going to turn out because I am normally the one that is doing other people's makeup for events, so it was difficult for me to put myself in the chair for once. Katherine reassured me constantly and did an amazing job. Airbrush was unknown territory for me but she truly knows her stuff and her experience speaks for itself. I am sure it is not easy to be in that situation of high pressure with a super nervous bride but she handled it with grace and did a phenomenal job. She and I did a trial as well and everything was just as we had planned. I highly recommend her and wish her all of the success!!

Michelle was our other hair stylist and she was super great and efficient. She whipped through everyone super quickly and gave everyone beautiful, long lasting hair! She was a great asset to our team that day!

Leah was the makeup artist and she did a bunch of the bridesmaids makeup. She did a great job and even took over the DJ when my sister left and the bluetooth broke off! I do not like writing negative reviews and did reach out directly to the owner, and sadly my message was ignored. I felt it would have been better to discuss with her privately. At this point, my review is posted to give other potential clients feedback. I had a new client haircut appointment booked with cammy as well as discussion of color. Upon booking, I was notified of all fees associated with changing or canceling appointments inside a window. I was hopeful that this was a professional salon. I had confirmed my appointment and was set to go when apparently the new stylist called less than two hours before my appointment (i was unreachable) and was trying to change my appointment due to a “scheduling” conflict. Now i ask, did she not know of the scheduling conflict prior to two hours before? I agreed to move my appointment back for her scheduling conflict which is when I learned that she was putting hair extensions in for someone. I arrived at the salon and continued waiting. I finally inquired as to the delay. The assistant returned and asked if i would just come back another time. The stylist could not be bothered to come out and apologize herself. While I realize my haircut was not as expensive as extensions, I was looking to establish a new hairdresser relationship. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I really would. Last week, I visited Ash Salon as a new client; this was my first real experience in a salon since I was a child (I am now 23, so it’s been a good 10-15 years)! I was booked with Becca; my heart really goes out to her because she had no clue the color correction she was walking into! Previously, I utilized a family friend who would color & cut my hair. Before that stylist, I utilized box dye, so my hair has been through the ringer. When I walked into Ash, my hair was jet black with an inch of my natural color grown at the roots & some blotchy streaks that were supposed to be highlights done by the family friend months prior. My vision was to go light & somehow get back to my natural color… Becca took my vision & truly ran with it! She was so gracious, really thought outside the box, & explained every step along the way which was incredibly comforting. The entire salon & staff was euphoric feeling - everyone was so nice, all smiles, and several stopped by to offer a hand to help Becca or to just glance at the progress. After 6 & 1/2 hours in the salon chair, Becca did the damn thing & made me feel so beautiful again! She took my hair from the darkest it’s ever been to this gorgeous light brown which it hasn’t been in years! I cannot recommend this staff & salon enough. Attached pictures are before &...
