I cannot recommend this service in good conscience. After my internet went out for nearly a month, putting in a ticket with the help center and eventually having to call directly, my internet was restored. I then found out from the tech that calling his office directly was the only way to actually get assistance as the online help portal isn't monitored or tickets get brushed under the rug. I was then charged for a month where I received NO service, and when I disputed that with the customer support lady over the phone, she was extremely rude and wouldnt acknowledge the fact that I didn't get any notice either by phone or letter . She also refused to deactivate my account like I asked, so fast forward 2 months and I'm receiving a bill for the month with no service, the month after I asked to have my account closed and the cost of the modem that I received no instructions on how to return.    Read moreI primarily work online. When I started service w/ this company I was paying somewhere in the high $20's every month for 'matching 25/25' internet. Over the course of 90 days, the service quality has become worse than 1998 dialup and the price nearly DOUBLED for the service, from high $20's to $50 and change. I call support and am told "We can send a tech out, but it may cost you some money." Really? So, your company offers a service that is clearly either broken or is simply deceptive and your client, who is paying you monthly for this service, cannot use your service because of connection issues on YOUR END, yet you are going to charge me money? Are you guys high?
